What if my property doesn’t sell?
Firstly, don’t worry you have options. For a small fee, you can extend your term with us, for up to an additional 2 months. If your property still doesn’t sell, we will work with you and structure the repayments over a series of months, so they are manageable and avoid you having to pay a lump sum.
Who can submit an application to Possibl?
You need to be 18 years of age and an Australian resident for tax purposes. Businesses, trusts and company account holders cannot open an account with us yet, only individuals, owner occupiers and investors can apply.
Does using Possibl cost me anything?
Yes, we charge a small fee, which changes depending on the amount you are borrowing. Simply enter the funds you need into the application form and our calculator will show you the associated fee.
Are there any late fees, hidden fees or administrative charges?
Absolutely not. Our pricing is simple, just a one-off fee.
How long do I have to repay?
Our terms are designed to remove stress, not add to it. While it’s every homeowners’ dream to sell fast, the reality is it doesn’t always work that way. In fact, most campaigns will see you going past the 60 or 90 day mark. That’s why we offer 120 days as our standard term.
How much can I borrow?
We between $2,000 to $20,000 to cover everything from your marketing campaign, renovations, removalists, storage and more.
Do the lending limits encourage me to borrow more than I need?
We are a fully regulated company which means, we are committed to responsible lending. While ultimately our fee and the initial loan amount are repaid on settlement, in your application we work with you to make sure you’re not borrowing (a) more that you can afford and (b) more than you need. You’re in control.
What can I use Possibl for?
We cover a variety of property related expenses to help with getting your property on market and looking great.
How do I get the money?
As part of the application process you need to specify an Australian bank account, you would like the funds to go to.
How long does the money take to get to my bank account?
We process applications the same day. If your application is approved, we will also transfer funds the same day.
What proof/documents do I need as part of the application process?
You’ll need:
- one form of identification, either Australian Driver’s License or Australian Passport
- your agent’s contact details along with a signed agency agreement
- your property address
- your conveyancers’ contact details
